陪诊人员服务条款 | Companion Service Terms

1. 总则 | General

• 本条款适用于 MedChinaGuide 平台所有陪诊/医疗翻译人员。

• These terms apply to all companions and medical translators on MedChinaGuide.

• 提交申请即表示您已阅读、理解并同意全部条款。

• Submission constitutes your acceptance of all terms.

2. 身份与资料 | Identity & Documents

• 必须提供真实身份信息、证件、照片及资质，严禁伪造。

• Must provide true identity, documents and certificates. Forgery is prohibited.

• 资料虚假将立即取消资格并追究法律责任。

• Falsification will result in immediate disqualification and may lead to legal liability..

3. 服务规范 | Service Standards

• 必须遵守医院规章制度，准时、专业、礼貌服务。

• Must follow hospital rules and provide professional, punctual service.

• 不得迟到、爽约、索要小费、额外收费。

• No lateness, absence, tips or extra charges.

• 必须具备医疗翻译能力，确保翻译准确无误。

• Must have medical translation ability with accurate interpretation.

4. 保密义务 | Confidentiality

• 必须严格保密患者所有信息、病历、病情及隐私。

• Must keep all patient information, medical records and privacy confidential.

• 严禁录音、拍照、泄露或传播患者任何资料。

• Recording, photo and disclosure are strictly prohibited.

5. 接单与履约 | Order & Service

• 接受订单后不得无故取消，无法服务需提前通知平台。

• Do not cancel orders without reason.

• 遇到紧急情况必须第一时间上报平台。

• Report emergencies to platform immediately.

6. 违约责任 | Liability

• 违规、资料虚假、服务不当，平台可暂停或终止资格。

• Platform may suspend or disqualify violators.

• 造成损失的，需承担全部法律及赔偿责任。

• Shall bear full legal and compensation liability.

7. 服务终止 | Termination

• 平台可因违规、投诉、资料不实终止服务资格。

• Platform may terminate qualification for violations.

8. 其他 | Others

• 本条款最终解释权归 MedChinaGuide 所有。

• MedChinaGuide reserves all rights of final interpretation.
